	1 Disclosure of product manufacturers with whom we are associated especially AMC, Insurer will be disclosed before implementation of our investment specific advices as an option for you to invest through us, if we are holding agency of recommended product manufacturer. 2 Disclosure of commission receivable from the asset management company, insurance company, or any other product manufacturers will be disclosed to client pertaining to their investments through us ( before investing ). 3 We are using following outsourced web services/solutions for providing services & solutions. a.  Leading web service for generating online financial analysis report. b.  Leading web service for providing online multi-asset portfolio login accounts to clients. c.   i-Secure Solitions website is powered by leading financial solution provider Redvision. d.  www.monitormywealth.in, www.monitormyfinancialplan.in, and www.monitormyportfolio.in      are powered by Dhruvnet Solutions ( In-house ). e.  Our social media presence (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest, linkedin & Blogger) is         managed by Financial planner Manish Desai. 4 We are using following ready made software for assisting & providing services to clients/prospects & also using same softwares to mantain client portfolio offline. a.  Leading life insurance software for life insurance products of LIC & all private insurers. b.  Leading general insurance software for medi-claim / general insurance products. c.  Leading Mutual fund software for mutual fund products. d.  Leading Equity technical charting software for technical guidance. e.  Leading Postal/debt software for all postal & debt investments. f.   Leading Income Tax / TDS software for basic taxation guidance. g.  Leading SMS sending software for sending required/requested SMS alerts. 5 We are using following customized software solutions/tools developed by Mrugasoft Solutions ( in-house ) for us under our guidance as per our requirements : a.  Mrugasoft Financial Planner for preparing i-Secure Financial Plan b.  Mrugasoft CRM - Client relationship management software for providing services. c.   Mrugasoft Equity - for providing services (fundamentals) for stock market investments.
